Where we stand.

We are working diligently to put an end to property taxes as we know them.  We have already been through the first round of court and have filed our appeal.  This will be quite a lengthy process because we have to go through the entire state court system before we can get our case into the federal system.  It is the federal court system that will be able to make the ruling that ends property taxes as we know them.  The individual state's constitutions are in direct conflict with the article I taxation requirements in the U.S. Constitution, with this being the case, we are fighting to bring the state's constitutions in line with the supreme law of the land.  If  you think this is a worthy pursuit please join us.
